UX, RESEARCH & ONGOING

9 services

Infographic of the five design thinking phases arranged in a circle — empathise, define, ideate, prototype, test — with the tasks of each around it

Design Thinking — full process

from $5,400

The five phases on one real problem: empathise, define, ideate, prototype, test. You get the user research, a framed problem, a chosen direction, a working prototype and what five people did with it — plus the reasoning behind each decision, so the next project does not start from zero.

Shown — the five phases and who does what in each

A wall of grey wireframes for a desktop dashboard, linked by arrows showing the path between screens

Wireframes — 10 to 20 screens

Shown — dashboard wireframes with their connections

A large flow diagram of colour-coded screen nodes, with a red line tracing the critical path through them

User flows and information architecture

Dark specification board with two animation sequences laid out in three frames each, a call icon and a notification bell

Shown — two micro-interactions specified frame by frame

A tone-of-voice guide: a chart of four tone scales beside dense pages of written voice rules

Shown — tone dimensions and the written voice guide that follows from them

A radar chart scoring ten usability heuristics from zero to one hundred per cent, the plotted area uneven

Usability audit of what you have

Shown — heuristic scoring across ten usability principles

An affinity diagram of colour-coded findings grouped into nine categories, each note tagged by severity

What a “from” price buys

Two concepts, two revision rounds, print-ready and web exports, and full ownership of the artwork once the balance is paid.

What moves it up

More pages, more languages, more concepts, or a deadline under one week, which adds 25%. You get the number before the work starts, never after.

Revisions

Two rounds are included everywhere. Extra rounds bill at the hourly rate for that discipline.

Payment

40% to begin, balance on delivery. Anything over $1,800 can be split across two or three months at no extra cost.
